What are the arrival and departure times?
In low season, you can arrive for a mobile home and pitch rental between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
In high season, you can arrive from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for mobile home rentals and from 1:00 p.m. for pitches.
Departure is at 10:00 a.m. at the latest for mobile homes and 12:00 p.m. for pitches.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we accept a maximum of 1 animal per rental in a mobile home and pitch.
Is there a Wi-Fi connection on the campsite?
Yes, we have a Wi-Fi network, for a fee, and available throughout the campsite. The rates are visible at the reception as well as in the welcome booklet, you can buy them online or directly at the campsite reception.
You also have 30 minutes of free Wi-Fi per day at the bar and the swimming pool, for this you will need to collect an access ticket from the reception.
Are the swimming pools heated and how much?
Our outdoor swimming pool is open from mid-May to mid-September, and heated between 24 and 28°C, depending on the weather.
For our indoor swimming pool, it is open from April to the end of September and is heated between 28 and 31°C. You can access our aquatic areas between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Does the campsite offer entertainment?
We offer many activities during July/August.
First of all, an adult entertainer will offer you all kinds of sports and outdoor activities suitable for everyone.
On the campsite, the Club Pit’choune can also welcome your children every morning from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., guaranteeing them all kinds of fun activities.
In addition, many lively evenings will take place during the weeks, so don’t miss out! The entertainment schedules can be consulted at the campsite reception or in the welcome booklet that will be given to you.
Is there a supermarket or a bread depot?
At the campsite in high season, we have a small grocery store for basic necessities as well as a newsagent.
We also have a bread and pastries depot in July/August but also at Pentecost and for the Ascension.
Can we rent bikes?
You can reserve and have bikes delivered to the campsite by our rental partner "Montsbicloo" located in Notre Dame de Monts.

Can I cancel my stay at the campsite?
You have the option of taking out cancellation insurance when you make your reservation, if this is not the case the following conditions will apply:
The cancellation of a stay must always be the subject of a written message.
For more than 30 days before the arrival date, an amount equal to 25% of the rental price will be retained.
Between 30 days and the arrival date, the entire rental price will be retained.
The administration fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Is there a means of transport on site ?
In July and August, you have access to a free shuttle service for all your trips to Notre Dame de Monts.
The Éole shuttle runs through the town every day, on two defined lines, and thus facilitates your comings and goings between our campsite, the beach and the town centre.
